We ship by air to a named delivery point agreed with the forwarder. A destination appears here as confirmed only once the route, the commodity acceptance and the country of origin have all been checked in writing.

On customs and classification

The customs classification depends on the product: a loose polished cabochon, a drilled bead, a finished tasbih and a silver-set piece may not fall under the same code. The applicable classification and export documentation are confirmed per shipment. Import requirements, duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in any published price.
